Terms of service

Products are sold by [U.S. ENTITY]. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Orders are accepted when payment is captured through Shopify Checkout. Shipping times, costs and the 30-day unused-returns policy are stated on each product page. Returning an item removes the entries it earned from the drawing.

Every purchase credits entries to the current drop as described on the product page and in the Official Rules. Entries have no cash value, are not transferable, and are voided if an order is refunded, cancelled or charged back. The free entry methods have the same odds per entry. The Official Rules govern the promotion and prevail over these terms where they differ.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us. Automated, duplicated or fraudulent entries, and interference with the site, the entry process or the drawing, void your entries and may result in disqualification.

The GTA Giveaways and GTA Motorcars USA marks, site design and content belong to their owners and may not be reused without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE]. Disputes are resolved in the courts of [COUNTY, STATE], except where consumer protection law gives you other rights.
