The Drop No. 001 Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by [U.S. ENTITY], [U.S. ADDRESS] (“Sponsor”), presented in partnership with GTA Motorcars Inc., 218 Evans Avenue, Toronto, ON. The Promotion is administered by [ADMINISTRATOR], [ADDRESS] (“Administrator”), an independent sweepstakes administrator that conducts the drawing.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (19 or older in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 or older in Mississippi) and who hold a valid driver’s licence. Employees of Sponsor, GTA Motorcars Inc., Administrator and their immediate families are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and where prohibited by law.

Begins [START DATE] at 12:00:00 AM ET and ends [END DATE] at 8:08:00 PM ET (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock. Bonus entry windows, if any, are stated on the product page and in Section 6.

Each eligible purchase at gtagiveaways.com during the Promotion Period automatically credits eight (8) entries per one U.S. dollar ($1.00) of the pre-tax, pre-shipping merchandise total. Entries are credited at checkout to the account used to purchase. Purchases do not increase the odds of any individual entry.

No purchase necessary. (a) Online: submit the free entry form at gtagiveaways.com/enter with your full name, street address, email, mobile phone (verified by one-time code) and date of birth. Limit one (1) online free entry per person per Promotion; each entry must use a unique mobile phone number. Multiple members of one household may each enter. All details must match at winner verification; entries with details that cannot be verified are void. (b) Mail: hand-print the same details and “Drop No. 001” on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope to GTA Giveaways, Drop No. 001, [U.S. P.O. BOX], [CITY, STATE ZIP]. One card per envelope; no limit on envelopes. Must be postmarked by [DATE] and received by [DATE]. Mechanically reproduced entries are void. Each valid free entry has the same chance of winning as each purchase entry. (c) Instagram: share the official Drop No. 001 post to your story with a mention of @gtagiveaways and the hashtag #GTAGiveawayEntry, or comment on the official post; one story entry and one comment entry per person, credited only when your handle is linked to a free online entry or an order in the same name.

Sponsor may announce bonus windows during which entries are multiplied (for example 2×) for a stated period ending at a stated time in ET. Bonus multipliers apply at the Drop level to every method of entry equally and never change the odds per entry. There is no cap on purchase entries. Entries are non-transferable and have no cash value.

On or about [DRAWING DATE] at 8:08 PM ET, Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be streamed live from 218 Evans Avenue, Toronto. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. One alternate will be drawn in the same manner.

One (1) Grand Prize: a [Year Make Model], approximately [MILEAGE] miles, approximate retail value $[VALUE] USD, delivered by enclosed transport to a street address within the 50 United States, with title, plus a cash award of $[TAX CASH] USD intended to cover federal and state income tax on the total prize at an assumed combined rate of [X]%. Total ARV $[TOTAL VALUE] USD. The winner may elect a cash alternative of $[CASH] USD in lieu of the vehicle. The winner’s actual tax liability may differ and any difference is the winner’s responsibility. No substitution except by Sponsor if the vehicle becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

The total ARV, including the cash award, is reported to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC as income to the winner. Sales tax, registration, licensing and insurance are the winner’s responsibility. Title is transferred to the winner on delivery; the vehicle is delivered by enclosed transport within [DELIVERY DAYS] days of verification to a street address in the 50 United States.

The potential winner will be notified by phone and email within seven (7) business days of the drawing and must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release, and present government-issued identification matching the name, date of birth and address on the entry, within [RESPONSE DAYS] days of notification. Entrants who entered through Instagram must still have the qualifying story or comment on their account at verification. Failure to respond, a mismatch, or ineligibility forfeits the prize and an alternate is contacted.

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes consent to the use of the winner’s first name, last initial, state of residence, likeness and prize information in promotional materials without further compensation.

The Promotion is registered with the New York Department of State and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and a surety bond for the total ARV has been posted as required. Residents of Rhode Island: [RI TREATMENT].

Entries from orders that are refunded, cancelled or charged back are voided in proportion to the amount refunded. Duplicate online free entries, mechanically reproduced or bulk-mailed cards, entries received after the deadline, entries that cannot be tied to one real person, and entries obtained by automated means are void. Sponsor and Administrator may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

By entering, entrants release Sponsor, GTA Motorcars Inc., Administrator, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. and their respective affiliates from any claim arising from participation or from the receipt, use or misuse of the prize, to the extent permitted by law. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. Disputes are governed by the laws of [STATE] and resolved in the courts of [COUNTY, STATE].

Information collected is used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility and deliver the prize, as described in the Privacy Policy at gtagiveaways.com/privacy. Entrants are not added to marketing lists without separate consent.
